We are looking for an outbound-focused Sales Development Representative who will play a key role in generating qualified sales pipeline.
This role goes beyond classic lead generation — you will be responsible for:
- ICP segmentation
- outbound messaging strategy
- personalization approaches in outbound campaigns
- and conversion of outbound conversations into Sales Pipeline
Responsibilities:
- Define and segment ICPs across Digital Health markets
- Translate marketing insights into outbound value propositions
- Develop and test outbound messaging hypotheses per segment
- Run targeted outbound campaigns via LinkedIn / Email
- Personalize communication based on segment-specific pains
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve meeting quality
- Track performance based on pipeline contribution (not volume)
Requirements:
- 3+ years in SDR / Outbound / Leadgeneration Generation roles in B2B IT or Product companies
