We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - a person who will own the first impression and ongoing communication with our inbound/outbound leads and community connections.
This role is about speed, relevance, and relationship-building - you will be responsible for timely lead processing, written communication, and nurturing early-stage conversations into meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound leads (website, LinkedIn, events, referrals) in a timely and structured manner
- Qualify leads and route them into the next stage of the pipeline
- Own written communication with prospects (LinkedIn, Email, messengers)
- Maintain high-quality, personalized conversations with each lead
- Nurture early-stage leads through consistent, value-driven communication
- Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities (Digital Health, Product, Startups)
- Engage with potential leads via comments, discussions, and direct outreach in communities
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead progression
Requirements:
- 2+ years in SDR / Lead Generation / Customer-facing roles in B2B IT or Product companies
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, human)
- Ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel without losing quality
