What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design process from concept to final UI, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible experiences.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality design style across all products.
• Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX design for web and mobile.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with the digital health or wellness sector is a bonus.
• English level - B2+; Russian - Native.
