Are you a self-driven, dynamic professional with a knack for generating quality leads in B2B service/product companies? We’re seeking a full-time Lead Generation Manager to join our Nozomi team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lead gen cycle: initial outreach LinkedIn/Email), lead qualification, sales handoff, and CRM management .
- Build/optimize processes, mentor juniors, set KPIs, analyze performance, and scale pipelines
- Leverage tools like LinkedHelper (or similar) for automation, Clay for enrichment, ChatGPT.
Requirements:
- 2+ years B2B lead gen/digital IT, including 1+ year as lead/team lead .
- Experience working with LinkedIn automation tools like LinkedHelper (or similar)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail and assiduity in tasks.
- Positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and prospects.
- Fluent Chat-GPT user: research mode, agent mode.
- Familiarity with Clay/other tools for account enrichment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in new technologies and a basic understanding of the IT sphere.
