Remote | Full-Time | Health Tech | Lead What Matters

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Nozomi. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping innovative health tech products that make a real difference in digital healthcare.

💡What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with partners at every stage of the project lifecycle to understand and refine goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality and align with business objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements with precision, creating clear and actionable deliverables (Epics, User Stories, Use Cases).
• Develop UML diagrams and Business ERDs to ensure technical clarity.
• Define technical tasks for the development team and oversee their quality execution.
• Work closely with the product development team, contributing to brainstorming and process optimization.

🛠️Desired Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in IT or tech.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation using Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Practical experience with UML and creating Business ERDs.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion.
• English Fluency: Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2+).
